  4.     Due to the nature of the Iso9660 standard, the character ~
  5.     is not a valid character. So the following changes have been
  6.     made ;
  7.     
  8.     (1) Setup.exe has been renamed I.exe
  9.     (2) ~ins0762.lib has been renamed _ins0762.lib
  10.     (3) a batch file named install.bat has been created
  11.         this file copies all the files into a temporary
  12.         directory named c:\AAAA 
  13.     (4) after running C:\AAAA\setup.exe all files in this
  14.                 directory can be deleted
